There has been varioius school sports events taking place over the last few weeks. Last week our boys and girls teams participated in the Reclink Community Basketball Series where the girls team were looking to secure their fourth title in a row. Across the day the teams were pitted against some strong competition and matched it with all them. As the day concluded, both teams finished third in their respective pools which, unfortunately didn’t progress them to the finals. Well done to all students involved.

The latest game in our staff vs students competitions occurred last Friday in a game of netball. Despite the major height advantage to the teachers, the students overcame this with a win in a tightly contested game. A big thanks to all who played and to Flo for umpiring the game.

Last week a group of students headed to the Aquatic Centre for the Inter High Swimming Carnival. The students did a great job across the day coming away with several top three finishes. We are all very proud of their efforts on the day. Congratulations to all who participated.
